Level 3 Certificate in Instructing Reformer
Take your Pilates education to the Reformer.
Build on your existing knowledge and learn how to use one of the most talked-about pieces of Pilates equipment to support and challenge your clients. Discover how to bring a modern approach to Reformer teaching and create contemporary, engaging and inspiring classes.

Learn to confidently support clients through pregnancy and beyond.
Develop the knowledge and skills to adapt Pilates for clients during pregnancy and the postnatal period. Learn how to understand changing bodies, modify movement safely and create supportive effective classes for every stage.

What qualification will I receive?
You’ll graduate with the Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates Matwork a nationally recognised qualification that enables you to teach Pilates professionally.
Do I need any previous experience?
No previous teaching experience is required. A personal interest or regular Pilates practice is recommended, but you don’t need to be an experienced practitioner.
How long is the course?
The course is delivered across 4 face-to-face training sessions over 10–12 weeks, followed by your practical assessment.
Sessions run 10am–4pm, with timings subject to slight variation.
Where is the course held?
Training takes place at Arcot Golf Club, Dudley, Cramlington, NE23 7QP.
How is the course assessed?
You’ll complete a combination of theory exams, written coursework and a practical teaching assessment.
What’s included?
Your course fee includes all training sessions, 3-month access to koveclub online library, learning materials, ongoing mentorship and post-course support plus access to a dedicated WhatsApp group.

Yes. You must already hold a suitable Level 3 Pilates Matwork qualification to enrol on the Reformer course.

The course is delivered across 2 face-to-face training sessions over 1–2 weeks.
Sessions run 9am–5pm with timings subject to slight variation.
Where is the course held?
The training location is TBC and will be confirmed ahead of the course.
How is the course assessed?
You’ll complete a combination of theory exams, written coursework and a practical teaching assessment.
