Kate is a Pilates instructor based in Newcastle upon Tyne, with a passion for creating community and making movement both fun and accessible.

Like many of us, Kate spent much of her twenties unsure of her path. After years living in London, Canada and Australia she returned home to Newcastle and that’s where she discovered Pilates! What began as a personal practice quickly grew into a career built on helping people feel stronger, more confident and connected through movement.

Her classes are designed for everyone. From foundation sessions for beginners or pre/postnatal clients, to challenging flows that push you past your comfort zone, Kate’s teaching always balances support with encouragement. Modifications are offered in every class, but she’ll also invite you to test your limits when the time feels right.

For Kate, Pilates is about more than just exercise it’s about listening to your body, building resilience and enjoying the process. Some days that means pushing hard, other days it means moving gently. What matters most is showing up having fun and moving in a way that makes you feel good.
