  • I love using equipment to keep classes fresh and varied. Most workouts can still be done without any and you can filter sessions by equipment - perfect if you have a favourite piece or are missing something.

    In my workouts, I use:
    • Dumbbells – Highly recommend purchasing as we use these often (1–2kg)
    • Pilates Ball
    • Resistance Band
    • Block

  • Absolutely! Pilates is for everyone.

    I recommend starting with my 5-Day Foundation Challenge, where I’ll introduce you to the core principles of Pilates and guide you through the key movements to help you build confidence and strength.

  • Classes range from 10 to 45 minutes, so you can choose one that fits your energy and schedule - from quick morning movement to a full 45min studio style class.

  • Yes - your membership is completely flexible. You can cancel or pause at any time through your account settings.
