I love using equipment to keep classes fresh and varied. Most workouts can still be done without any and you can filter sessions by equipment - perfect if you have a favourite piece or are missing something.
In my workouts, I use:
• Dumbbells – Highly recommend purchasing as we use these often (1–2kg)
• Pilates Ball
• Resistance Band
• Block -
Absolutely! Pilates is for everyone.
I recommend starting with my 5-Day Foundation Challenge, where I’ll introduce you to the core principles of Pilates and guide you through the key movements to help you build confidence and strength.

Classes range from 10 to 45 minutes, so you can choose one that fits your energy and schedule - from quick morning movement to a full 45min studio style class.
